The Team Management System (TMS) is a comprehensive software for advanced football trainers or Football clubs that make it possible to work more efficiently and professionally and thus improve the performance of the team.
- Collection and analysis/ analysis of data (load and performance data) by means of scientifically confirmed methods
- The software recognizes from the wealth of data that players are overwhelmed or underwhelmed and how high the risk of injury is with certain players.
- => RPE, ACWR, Acute and Chronic Load, Weekly Load Increase etc.
- Training catalogue
- The TMS offers you countless first-class training exercises.
- New exercises from qualified trainers are automatically added every week.
- You also have the opportunity to create your own training exercises and thus compile your own extensive training catalog. You can never forget another exercise and find it quickly and easily.
- Create your own principles catalog and sort your exercises by game principles (Tactic Periodization)
- Advanced, user-friendly and efficient training planning
- The training planning function allows you to quickly and easily design your complete training. You can determine when the exercise should take place, how long it should take, how many players take part, what stress is targeted and much more.
- With the TMS you have the opportunity to print out the planned training and take it to workout. So you have all the exercises, times and details practically in printed form.
- Digitization and automation of certain processes in football clubs
- Organization of dates (Training, Match)
- Communication in association (companies, players, board, etc.)
- Training planning + documentation
- Team overview and team planning
- Documentation of general data (results, etc.)
- Simplification and professionalization of processes in an association
This is intended to achieve the following:
- a better athletics of players (fitter players)
- less injuries
- more efficient work in an association
- more professional work in an association
It is important to mention that our main objective – and we would like to emphasise this in particular – is a reduction in the extremely high rate of injury in football!
The TMS is to be overloaded or overloaded in the final version by the player's data input. Under the challenge of the players fully automatically recognize and should therefore be able to individually tune the training and thus prescribe an appropriate load on the players. Whether the trainer implements the recommendations of the software is left to the trainer.
In addition, the software is to be able to learn in the last stage of development and thus can predict the team's training control and the likelihood of injury of the players more precisely. This can increase the player's performance and at the same time reduce the player's injury rates considerably without requiring additional staff (athletic trainer, data analyst, sports scientist). The trainer receives the most important information fully automatically and clearly prepared by the software.
Our performance promises through our software
A better physical performance while at the same time less injury to the players and a simpler organization of the club.
=>more success for little money

You've never heard of RPE, ACWR, etc?
Here you can find out more about this:
Rate of perceived exertion (RPE) – a simple and effective method for controlling loads in football
Acute vs. Chronic Training Load (ACWR) – Can injuries be predicted?
Sports science background on data analysis in football
It offers enormous potential for improvements
The rates of injury, as already mentioned in chapter 2, are exorbitantly high. And most injuries do not occur in body contact with the opponent, but happen almost two thirds of the injuries without contact with the opponent. (VGB, 2020) The reason for this is usually a wrong load on the players. The result: Valuable and expensive players often fall out for several weeks or months due to injuries. (VGB, 2020)
The most important is an optimal relationship between stress and recovery.
Most injuries and overloads occur when:
...the players are mentally and/or physically unable to tolerate the prescribed load. (Gabbett, 2016)
...the players are trained enough, but tired. (Soligard et al., 2016)
That is why it is essential to know when my players have been burdened and how much regeneration was present between these loads.
- How fit are my players?
- How recovered are they just?
So I need to know what my players did (loading) and how they reacted to this load. Because every player reacts differently to loads.
Excessive fatigue plays a key role in sports injuries, as it affects the decision-making, coordination and neuromuscular control of a player. (Soligard et al., 2016)
“Abandonment is the biggest enemy of a football player” – Dr. Raymond Verheijen (One of the leading experts in this field)
Verheijen refers with his statement to the strongly increasing risk of injury of a player, by cumulative fatigue. If the athletes are too often loaded too intensively, the structures in the body cannot regenerate sufficiently and the risk of injury increases sharply. Therefore, an optimal relationship between stress and recovery must be ensured in order to develop the players conditionally and at the same time not to overload (=optimal stress management).
Relationship between stress, performance and injury rate
Basically, the optimal load for the individual player must be found. If the load is too low, the player does not develop further, however, the load is too high, then the risk of injury increases sharply. (Gabbett, 2016)
The load control can be greatly improved by simple, yet effective measures. Data – objective but also subjective data – can be collected and evaluated by players. The methods behind it have been known for years and scientifically validated.
(Gabbett, 2016); Foster, 1996, 1998, 2001; Drew, 2016; Bourdon, 2017; Impellizzeri, 2004; Coutts, 2003; Akenhead, 2016;...)
These sport science methods have been successfully used by professional football teams for several years. These teams have the necessary financial means to afford expensive tracking systems or To set up data analysts and sports scientists who can evaluate the data with the necessary know-how.
However, this process is very expensive and expensive. Not even all Austrian professional clubs can afford this. Amateur teams and academies usually have to do without expensive tools.
Our goal is to turn football into the 21st through digitization and automation of these processes. to bring century and thus make accessible to all clubs. Digitization progresses successfully worldwide and in every industry and facilitates our lives. Why not in football? Through an extensive software, we can simplify the work of the trainer or the association and at the same time professionalize it. Many – especially young ambitious coaches – would like to work more professionally, but they cannot do so because of the limited means.
The clubs cannot afford to hire their own sports scientist, data analysts or athletics trainer. The result is that on the basis of this missing “manpower” the team and its surroundings cannot be handled as best as possible.
Our software (TMS) wants to solve this problem by providing digital supporters (digital trainer) that support the trainer.
